The moment is soon. Our Host Michael Knisley will be fresh from the region of #Champagne. We’ve been stocking up at Boucherie: 3 bottles here, 7 bottles there, & we feel the time is right for the next Bubblyothèque!! I predict an evening: 72 degrees, night jasmine in the air, #charcuterie boards being passed about the room & music mixed with that sublime sound – the gentle cadence of “pop, pop” repeated through the evening. See you at Jeannette Street. No reservations necessary. All are welcome. Food & Champagne Menu here. [via Boucherie]
