Another Weekend, Another Clandestine Bachelor Party in New Orleans

It seems we host a bachelor party in New Orleans every weekend and this weekend was no different. Typically, we get a call at some point during the weekend for additional assistance (drunk dial’s at 2am are pretty standard) but our bachelor’s this weekend appear to have been completely self sufficient.

Jazz in the Park, Fall 2015They arrived on Thursday at a hotel in the French Quarter with our favorite rooftop pool & bar in the entire city. We made a few suggestions for them – in particular, Jazz in the Park – which is a local weekly music festival in the Spring & Fall, and we also mentioned that Pat O’Brien’s was hosting their “Halfway to St. Patrick’s Day” Party as well.

On Friday, the bachelors were planning to spend the day at the pool as their friends continued to arrive over the first 2 days – we sent them a list of 8 bars to visit for their own self-led bar crawl. Then we made a few dinner suggestions (they didn’t want to have too many commitments) and the main event on Friday was VIP at the House of Blues’ Foundation Room along with tickets to the Queen’s Ball which is a part of Burlesque Fest this weekend.

Strip Club VIPOn Saturday, we had a car service pick our guys up at 8am so they could head to the LSU game in Baton Rouge. There, they had a trailer with a satellite TV and catered food & beverage for the game. A great LSU win and they headed back to the city for the final evening entertainment – VIP at one of our favorite strip clubs that includes a balcony on Bourbon Street.

Here’s hoping they all survived and they don’t feel TOO bad as they rally to head home.
